Basically outsourcing is a direction you could take if money is not a problem and it let's you use your time more efficiently. On the other hand if you are on a tight budget, there are other methods you can use to enable you to write article content.

Many bloggers have memberships to sites that provide Private Label Rights Articles on a regular basis and can get by to some extent by using these. A couple of problems with PLRs is you are not always going to be receiving articles in niche you are interested in. Another disadvantage of PLR content is, you will not be alone in using these. Many bloggers just put this content straight on their sites, as it is. Search engines tend to ignore much of this duplicate content, so it is better to re-write it at least 50%.

Apart from being a lot more affordable, another big advantage of using PLR articles is the ideas they can provide. So often the biggest problem with blog owners is getting started to write, struggling with what to write about next.
